I greatly enjoyed this wonderful stay, would stay here again. Staff was extremely friendly and amicable and hotel is clean and high quality! The room was good-sized with a view of the park, a `` nightcap '' at the bar, as example, and reasonably priced. The provided service was good!

The location was great and easy to get around, only a 10-15 minutes' walk from Glebe Park. We enjoyed dining at a good restaurant with a nice selection of wines.

I liked the convenience of the hotel and the reasonable parking underneath. The staff were helpful.
I did not like the doonas on the bed as they were too hot for an air conditioned room.

Parking in the hotel was quite expensive, but on request a free parking garage behind the hotel was mentioned.

The free breakfast had a great variety of options. the hotel's central location was convenient. - the staff at the reception desk were extremely friendly and cooperative.

Had a win in the casino!!!
Room service wouldn't take no for an answer when telling them we didnt want our room cleaned. They returned 4 times in one day then 1 of them asked if they could clean while we we're having a snooze in our room! Not on!!! Also at first not happy about no underground parking available but then as it turned out free parking out the front was much beta anyway. I must say the hotel staff were very good about the parking situation & we were really appreciative of that. Overall the hotel was good to stay at.

We had a really nice experience at this hotel. The staff was amazingly friendly. Everything was exceptional. We had a superior king room, which was functional and decent sized. The location near Glebe Park was marvelous and handy.

Modern facilities, good value. Nice hot breakfast, functional superior king room. Lovely view of the garden, a shower and a tub in the bathroom. Very central location, at a moderate distance from Glebe Park. Next to main tourist attractions, like an art gallery and a theater.

The room is upgraded and there are pleasant views of the garden. Its location is amazing, really close to many restaurants, Commonwealth Park for an event, and the center of Civic. There is Synchronicity Cafe nearby for a cup of coffee.
